1. Digital Products
XirDecoder sells digital software, ECU tuning files, AI-powered software solutions, license keys, activation codes, downloads, and related digital services. No physical goods are shipped.
2. No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
Once an order has been processed, delivered, activated, downloaded, or sent by email, it cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you lose any applicable right of withdrawal once the digital content or service delivery has begun.
3. Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
- You were charged but the product cannot be delivered due to a verified technical issue caused solely by XirDecoder.
- The purchased product becomes permanently unavailable before delivery.
All refund requests are reviewed individually.
4. Incorrect Purchases
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the selected software, license, ECU file, or digital service is compatible with their vehicle, hardware, or intended use before completing the purchase.
Orders placed by mistake or due to incompatibility are not eligible for refunds.
5. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including but not limited to vehicle details, ECU information, email address, and other required technical data.
XirDecoder is not responsible for delays or issues resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.
