2. Purpose
This Delivery Policy defines the terms and conditions regarding the delivery of products and services purchased through XirDecoder in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
3. Order Processing
Orders are processed immediately after successful payment verification.
4. Delivery
All purchased products and services are delivered digitally.
Delivery is completed within 3 hours after payment confirmation.
Delivery is made electronically using one or more of the following methods:
- Email
- User account/dashboard
- Download link
- License activation
- Remote service (where applicable)
Delivery time may vary only in exceptional cases such as technical maintenance, system outages, force majeure, or situations beyond the Seller's reasonable control. Customers will be informed if any delay occurs.
5. Payment
Orders become active only after full payment has been successfully received.
Accepted payment methods include:

- Bank Transfer
- Other payment methods available on the website
6. Right of Withdrawal
Customers may exercise their legal right of withdrawal within 14 days where applicable under consumer protection laws.
However, according to applicable regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply after delivery of:

- Software
- License keys
- Activation codes
- Customized software
- Services that have already begun with the customer's approval
7. Refund Policy

Warranty does not cover damages resulting from:

10. Disputes
