1. How many devices can I use the software on after purchase?
The software is licensed for a single device. The license is registered to the first device it is installed on. To transfer the license to a different device, you will need to contact us.
2. Is an internet connection required to use the software?
Yes, an internet connection is required during operation for license verification and file processing.
3. What happens if I experience a problem?
For sales-related issues, you can contact our live support on the website (or fill out the form outside business hours).
For file-related issues, you can reach our engineering team directly through the “Help Desk” in the software.
For general issues, feel free to send us an email. We do our best to provide you with a smooth experience.
4. Can I upgrade my purchased package later?
Yes, you can upgrade by paying the price difference.
5. Are Stage 1 and Stage 2 solutions safe?
Yes. All of our solutions are developed with vehicle safety in mind. They are tested on dynos and through long-term engine testing by expert engineers.
6. Are Stage 2 solutions available for petrol vehicles?
No. Currently, Stage 2 solutions are only available for diesel engines. Development for petrol vehicles is ongoing.
7. Is there a demo version available before purchasing?
No, we do not offer a demo version. However, you can test file quality with a free DTC solution for EDC17C46.
8. Are DTC and Hardcut features unlimited?
Yes, both DTC and Hardcut functions are unlimited in all packages.
9. Can I apply multiple solutions to a single file?
Yes, you can apply multiple solutions such as DPF OFF + EGR OFF to the same file.
10. Do I need coding knowledge?
No. Our user-friendly interface allows you to perform operations with just a few clicks — no coding required.
11. What happens after payment?
- You’ll receive an email with the download link and activation instructions.
- If not, please check your spam folder.
- Respond to the email to complete activation. If you experience any issues, you can email us and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
12. Are there any discounts?
No, we apply a fair and equal pricing policy for all users. We do not offer discounts or promotional campaigns.
13. Is the software regularly updated?
Yes. The software is regularly updated with user feedback and new ECUs. Updates are free and are loaded automatically when the software is opened.
14. What should I do if I experience issues during installation?
If you encounter any errors, please send us a screenshot of the issue via email. Our team will respond shortly.
15. What happens if the MapPack I upload can't be recognized by the AI?
The software will direct you to the ticket system. Once you select the desired options, our engineers will define your MapPack in the system within minutes during business hours. After that, re-upload your MapPack and continue with your desired operations.
16. What if the solution is missing after uploading the file?
- Copy ECU details from the software.
- Click the Help Desk button.
- Describe the solution you need and submit your request.
- Our engineers will quickly integrate your file during working hours so you can continue processing normally.
17. Can I process unsupported ECUs?
No. If an ECU not on our supported list is uploaded, the software will not offer any options.
18. Why is the software flagged by some antivirus programs?
Due to advanced multi-layered encryption, some antivirus programs may flag it as a generic threat. The software does not contain any viruses. You can safely add it to your antivirus exception list.
19. Will I receive an invoice after purchase?
Yes. If you provide your company information, we will issue and send your invoice via email. VAT is included in all prices.
20. What is your refund policy?
Since the product is digital and license-based, refunds are not accepted. However, our support team is always available to help resolve any issues you experience.
